It is nearly impossible to find budget hotels and accommodations in popular areas such as Kingston, Ocho Rios and the beach areas of Montego Bay. You will be able to find relatively cheap guesthouses throughout the island. Many of the cheaper accommodations in Jamaica tend to be found in Negril and Treasure Beach on the south coast. But the cheapest guest houses in Jamaica can be found in Port Antonio.

Jamaica is home to many couples-only resorts. The two most popular companies the offer these couples-only resorts are Sandals Resorts and Couples Resorts.  Many of these couples-only resorts feature a lot of activities from beach parties to masquerade nights and cabaret shows. Sandals currently have seven couples-only resorts located throughout Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios and at Whitehouse on the South Coast. There are four Couples hotels in Jamaica, with two in Negril and an additional two in Ocho Rios.
