Canadian Music Fest (CMF) is Canada’s largest new music festival. It is the festival component of Canadian Music Week (CMW), which spans over 5 nights of performances, with over 900 showcasing bands, from more than 40 countries at over 60 live music venues in downtown Toronto.

Canadian Music Fest takes place in the month of March in over 60 live music venues throughout downtown Toronto. There are several ways to attend CMF events: You can purchase a Canadian Music Fest wristband, tickets to select individual events, or you can take your chances by paying at the door the night of the performance.

The wristband gives you access to over 900 new local and international artists from more than 40 countries showcasing in 60 venues over the 5 days. You also gain entry to Canadian Music Week’s Film Festival and Canadian International Comedy Fest. VIP Wristbands are also available.

Tips for attending the Candadian Music Fest
The following are some useful tips for attending Canadian Music Fest:
- Get a CMF wristband so you can check out as many showcases as possible. AND if you purchase them early, you can take advantage of discounted prices!
- Show up early to make sure you get into the venues you’re aiming for.
- If you want to guarantee your entry to specific ticketed shows, buy a ticket in advance. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.ca for select shows.
- CMF has events running all night, up until 4AM in some clubs! So make sure you schedule your naps accordingly.
